When you are next buying perfume, how many of you are going to buy online?

We have heard it all before, the pros and the cons, the raving about how cheap perfumes online are but also the possible snow conditions delaying all your Christmas presents so you have had to go out to the shops and buy them again anyway. So the question is: How many of us will actually succumb to the promise of cheap and convenient way of buying your perfumes online the next time we need to go shopping?

Being an organized person and hoping to save as much as I can on my purchases, I would always prefer online shopping. Especially in these tight times, when everyone has been watching what they have been spending a little bit more, any saving matters. And if you are happy to buy a tester or one that comes unboxed, even better. But be careful, because sometimes, after adding postage, it actually makes little difference.

Also, if you are saving a little bit more, you can afford something of a better quality, one is made to believe, and then you get more for your money. But is this not just another trick to get us spending either way? Most places offer free postage nowadays, which encourages us to buy more. Sales are another way of getting the best price on the high street, but by the time you have had a real rummage through the piles of stuff on sale all the best have gone and you are left with things no one else wants.

Maybe because we think everything is so much cheaper online we get a rush of excitement about how much we have saved and go ahead and spend even more than we would have done if we were careful in the shop.

Buying perfumes online is a better way of doing it, but in the current climate, are we buying luxury items like perfumes at all?

My advice to you is to buy online, but do not let anyone convince you into buying anything you would not have done otherwise. And also have a budget in mind, do your research to get a better idea of what items are worth so you know whether your saving is worth your broadband charges.
